These two features are commonly confused by customers. Before troubleshooting, always confirm which one the customer is actually using.
Also known as the chat feature, this allows users to ask questions related to their uploaded material. The chat provides detailed responses and can create quizzes, tests, audio recaps, and live lectures when asked. Think of it as having a teacher in the room while you study your material.

Sometimes called the AI tutor, Tutor Me provides 1:1 instruction led by Sparky. Sparky speaks to the user, goes over material in great detail, checks for understanding after each section, and provides live feedback on follow-up questions. Tutor Me has its own built-in chat, but it is not the same as the Sparky chat feature above.
