Managing your Chat Sessions

Viewing Chat History

  1. Select History at the top of your chat to view all of your conversations. You can use the search field or scroll to view all previous sessions.

  2. To switch back to a previous chat, simply click on the conversation you want to revisit. It will load, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.

Starting a New Chat

  1. Select New at the top of your chat to start a new conversation with Sparky.

Rename Your Chat Session

  1. Open History, hover over the session you want to rename, and select the pencil icon that appears.

  2. Edit the name inline, then confirm with the checkmark (or cancel with the X).

Share Your Chat Session

Found your chat conversation helpful? Feel free to share it with friends or classmates who may benefit from it as well.

  1. Select Share from the top right of your chat.

    Share Chat with a Friend modal with the tabs Share this Chat, selected, and Share this Study Set. A card shows the chat Newton's First Law Explained by Chuck with a thumbnail. Below it the modal reads Help your classmates succeed! and Share this with your study group and boost everyone's learning. Who has access reads Anyone on the web with link. At the bottom the Copy link button is outlined with the cursor on it, beside three share icons: a WhatsApp icon, a paper plane, and a message bubble.
    Share Chat with a Friend, Share this Chat tab. Select Copy link, or one of the three share icons beside it.

  2. Copy the link directly, or select the WhatsApp, Telegram, or Text icon to share through your preferred app.

Delete a Chat Session

  1. Open History, hover over the session you wish to delete, and select the trash can icon that appears.

  2. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
